E-CREWING was founded in 2016 with a clear premise: the Ukrainian seafarer market deserves an agency that operates at European standards — in transparency, in compliance, and in the way it treats people.
We started as a recruitment agency placing officers on tanker and gas carrier fleets. Within years, our principals asked us to take on more — full crew management, documentation processing, training coordination, medical logistics. By 2022, we were running complete crewing operations for our clients, functioning as their in-house crewing department from Odesa.
Today, we serve shipowners and ship managers across Germany, Italy, Greece, and beyond. Our team manages the full lifecycle of every seafarer — from first interview to re-engagement — and we hold one of the largest curated seafarer databases in Ukraine.
